Dress Rehearsal: Friday, May 18, 6-9pm in the LRHS Auditorium- WITH AN EXCEPTION of the creative movement dancers.  We will have a separate run through for the girls at 6:30 pm.  This run through won’t last more than an hour.

Motion Dance Recital: Saturday, May 19, 6:30pm in the LRHS Auditorium

Dress Rehearsal Day

• Dancers need to arrive at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 18^th 2012 with hair in a low bun and no loose hair.  Make up isn’t required during the dress rehearsal but is still accepted.
• I will provide all accessories on this date.  Make sure to attend this rehearsal so we can make any last minute adjustments to costumes and choreography.
• You will be given a ‘buddy’ drawn randomly from a hat on this day.  Please provide a small gift, candy or card that will be exchanged on the day of the show as a congratulations/good luck prize.
• We will be taking professional photos during dress rehearsal.
• This is a private rehearsal.

                                               Performance Day

• Arrive on Saturday, May 19^th 2012 at 4:30 pm with hair in a low bun and no loose hair.  Also, a light layer of foundation or powder.
• At 4:30 pm- DANCERS ONLY will meet in the dressing room to set up and gather gifts.  We will exchange gifts, cards, etc. to buddies with an encouraging word as well as rules during the show.
• Dancers, you may watch the show after your perform but once you are seated, please stay there.
• At 4:45, we will start make-up & hair. *Mom’s, you ARE allowed in the dressing rooms at 4:45 to help your dancers get ready. If you are reserving seats for family, friends, etc. we will have Paul Mitchell helping us get the girls ready.  Don’t stress, JUST ENJOY!
• If you are wondering what your class is supposed to wear for shoes & tights, see Ms. Taylor
• Show starts at 6:30 pm, we will have videos & pictures available but feel free to video anything or sit back and enjoy.
• You will get a program and each dancer will be introduced and brought on stage at the end of the show.
